How to control hair during the night?

I have two kids and a full-time student so I rarely have time to shower in the morning. At night, I shower and blow out my hair. My hair is wavy and frizzy, so when I wake up in the morning, it is an uncontrollable mess. Any tips for sleeping so it is manageable the next morning? How to control hair during the night?
Brush it and put it in a braid. That's what my sister does. How to control hair during the night?
I have natuarally wavy hair and i'll let you in on a secret. I've learned that blowdrying your hair only makes it dryer and more splitty and the ends fry. So what i do is i take a shower every night and then put my hair in a messy bun. DO NOT BLOWDRY. when i wake up my hair is usually dry and the waves aren't frizzy. it looks really pretty. although i usually straighten my bangs because they tend to wave weirdly. hope i helped. but if blowdrying is a must, the messy bun thing still works you just blow dry it and then put it up in a messy bun. :) but not blowdrying it is like skipping a step. :)
wrap it in silk and moisturize with olive oil to help with the frizzies =]
OK brush your hair and hairspray but if after brushing it is still a frizz ball then get water on the comb or brush and put it on your hair to flatten your hair.
put it up in a bun.
