Thoughts and urges are not bad, it's your mind exploring imagining fantasizing. This is all very health, look to artist, writers, poets etc...
What is bad is action taken. Have all the thoughts you want as long as they don't become action.
wow thats actually an interesting question... but i never feel the urge to anything seriously bad... nothing that would warrent going to jail. and the little things dont take much control really
