I need to understand this in terms of the following:
Behavior control, organisational culture and clan control and organisational change.
At the moment there's is no culture at all where i work.How should managers control to improve performance in a company?
you understand that to Get something u have to loose something. Means u keep all employees happy get the work done from them and give chance to enjoy life also and then checkHow should managers control to improve performance in a company?
Personally I think one of the best things a company can do is implement (or improve) an employee stock purchase program. Owners make the best employees.
- Make work fun
- Eliminate politics
- Eliminate bureaucracy and/or layers of approval
- Empower employees -- give them responsibility if they want it
-Provide training to employees to help them improve their abilities.
- Encourage flex time -- let them come and go as they need
- Use technology wisely to let employees work from home if they need or want to
- Say goodbye to employees who drag down others with lagging performance or nasty attitudes
- Treat everyone with respect, including minorities and women.
They can be more friendly.
