How do you control your adrenaline in a fight?

How do you stop adrenaline from controlling you, is there a way to control it?How do you control your adrenaline in a fight?
Besides your own mental clarity and ability to deal with stressful situations (something that must be experienced to be learned) breathing is by far the most efficient way to control your adrenal system. In any sort of martial art breathing plays an important part.

The hope is if you train enough you should be able to bring back that practiced breathing. In my martial art Tae Kuk Mu Sul we use braething techniques similar to most Korean martiall arts which involves ';Kee Yup's';. I would practice this. Also the more you fight the better you get at controlling this hence the reason street fighters with little training can be very worthy opponents. I wouldnt recommend getting into fights... just practice more with a sparring partner.

Also consider reading this book on the fear of fighting and how to better use the adrenal system to your advantage:

Dead or Alive: The Choice is Yours - The Definitive Self-protection Handbook (Summersdale martial arts)

Hope that helps.

A Leap Ahead ITHow do you control your adrenaline in a fight?
Focus and conditioning and meditation work.

Learning to funnel your internal emotions into the fight, focusing on the task at hand, calming yourself down by breathing and relaxing and getting accustomed to fighting.
the more fights you get into the less adrenalin pumped your body is.

so if you have never fought you will just be throwing random punches.

but as you go on and have been in more fights you actually can control what you do.
you could just not fight.....but if you really have to then go for it and tell me all about it. i may be a peacemaker but i loooove hearing about fights.
IT IS THE SAME AS PUNCHING A BAG OR DANCING YOU HAVE TO PRACTICE . WHEN FIGHTING WHEN YOU GET MAD YOU LOSE CONTROL . IN DOING SO YOU MAKE MISTAKES AND STAND A BETTER CHANCE OF LOSING THE FIGHT.
